Code Skardu (Pvt.) Ltd. provides software development, web and mobile applications, IT consulting, and related digital services. All services are provided subject to availability and agreed project scope.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for delivered work remain with Code Skardu (Pvt.) Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon completion, ownership will be transferred as defined in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the course of any project.

6. Payments & Billing

All fees, milestones, and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Code Skardu (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or software solutions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
